Service Description
Take your laundry experience to the next level with our Mid-Tier Laundry Package. This service combines convenience with luxury, offering next-day pickup and delivery, bed-making, and fresh linen changes. Enjoy a beautifully refreshed home without the effort. Simply gather your towels and clothes, and leave them out for us. At pickup, we'll strip the dirty sheets, make the bed with the fresh linens you provide, and take your laundry for cleaning. The next day, everything will be freshly cleaned, folded, and returned. Your home will feel rejuvenated with minimal effort on your part. What’s Included: 2 Loads of Laundry: Professionally cleaned, dried, and folded. 1 Load of Towels: Freshly cleaned and neatly folded towels. 1 Load of Linens: Freshly cleaned and folded sheets and pillowcases. Sorting by Size and Gender: Efficiently sorted for a streamlined process. Pickup and Delivery: We’ll pick up your laundry and return it the next day, fresh and folded. Making Beds with Fresh Linens: If you provide a new set of linens, we'll make your bed at pickup before taking the dirty set with us. How It Works: Leave Your Laundry Out: Place your towels and clothes out for us to pick up. Pickup and Bed-Making: We’ll strip the dirty sheets, make your bed with fresh linens you’ve provided, and take your laundry to be cleaned. Delivery: We’ll return your laundry the next day, neatly folded, and your fresh towels and linens are ready to be enjoyed. Text Notifications: If you’re not home during the service, we’ll send text notifications when we arrive and leave, so you're always in the loop. Weekly Recurring: Enjoy a discounted rate with our weekly recurring service, keeping your laundry and home fresh and organized all the time.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Balanced Stability for your in-home romantic experiences! Before completing your booking, please review our policy carefully: Booking & Setup Information: All Romance Packages include setup and light cleaning of the designated room(s) prior to decorating. Please ensure the setup address is correct at booking (whether it's your home, hotel suite, or another location). Home access instructions are required (door code, meet at door, hidden key, etc.) so we can complete the setup discreetly. If the booking is a surprise for someone else, please clearly note which room you would like us to set up. We send a text when we arrive and another when we finish, so you know exactly when everything is complete. Beverages, Age Verification & ID Requirements: If your selected package includes wine, champagne, or sparkling wine, you must be 21+ to receive alcoholic beverages. At booking, you are required to upload a clear photo of the front and back of a valid government-issued ID. The name on the booking must match the name on the provided ID exactly. If age verification is not provided or does not match, a non-alcoholic sparkling juice will be substituted automatically. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before your scheduled setup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before your scheduled setup are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled setup will forfeit the full booking amount. Important Service Area Notice: Balanced Stability currently serves Raymore, Belton, Harrisonville, Adrian, Archie, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and surrounding nearby areas. If your setup location is outside this radius, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. Setup Completion & Customer Responsibility: Our team provides setup only — no staff remain onsite after setup is complete. All items included in your package are yours to keep, including faux candles and faux rose petals, unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for any damages to their property caused by setup items after the setup is complete.
