Refund Policy

At Balanced Stability, we take pride in curating and delivering exceptional in-home experiences and premium subscription boxes.


Please review our Refund Policy carefully before booking a service or subscribing.

By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Policy

One-Time Services and Experience Packages

​

  • Full Refund Eligibility:
    You may cancel and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least 72 hours before your scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations Within 72 Hours:
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled service time.

  • Rescheduling:
    If you need to reschedule your service, you may do so with no penalty as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
    Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours are not guaranteed but will be accommodated if possible.

  • No Shows:
    Failure to provide access at the time of scheduled service, without prior communication, is considered a no-show.
    No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

Subscription Boxes

​

  • Billing and Cancellations:
    Subscription boxes are billed monthly and are automatically renewed unless canceled.

  • Cancellation Deadline:
    To avoid being charged for the next month's box, you must cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

  • After Billing:
    Once a subscription box payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that month's box.
    Your cancellation will apply to the following month's billing cycle.

  • Damaged or Missing Items:
    If your subscription box arrives damaged or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will assess the situation and either replace the item(s) or offer a store credit at our discretion.

  • No Refunds for Preferences:
    Because subscription boxes are curated in advance, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal taste, preferences, or duplicate items.

Custom Orders, Gift Packages, and Seasonal Packages

​

  • Custom and seasonal packages are non-refundable once preparation and materials have been purchased.

  • If canceled more than 72 hours in advance, store credit or a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, depending on preparation status.

Refund Process

​

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment.
    We cannot issue refunds to alternate accounts, cards, or cash.
