Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website, booking our services, or subscribing to any of our packages.

By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Terms & Conditions
Services Offered

Balanced Stability provides curated in-home experience packages, subscription boxes, seasonal packages, and luxury setup services in select areas.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Subscription Boxes (Snack, Fitness, Self-Care, Home & Lifestyle, Seasonal Decor, Cooking, Couples, Pet, and Family Fun)

Romance Packages and Setup Services

Family Fun Packages
-
Seasonal Packages (Mother’s Day, Summer BBQ, Poolside Experiences, etc.)

Premium Cleaning and Home Refresh Services

Booking, Subscriptions, and Payments

All services and subscription boxes must be booked or subscribed to through our website or approved channels.

Subscription boxes are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled according to our Subscription Policy.

Payment must be received at the time of booking or subscribing to confirm your service or box delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses, setup information, and access instructions.

If your service includes alcohol, you must upload a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking. The name on the booking must match the name on the ID provided.

Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy
​
For One-Time Packages:
-
Full refund available if canceled at least 72 hours before your scheduled service time.
-
No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.

Rescheduling is permitted with no penalty if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
For Subscription Boxes:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

Cancellations after billing has occurred will apply to the following month's box.

Subscription box sales are final once a monthly payment has been processed; no refunds will be issued.

If your box arrives damaged or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.

Booking Policy
To provide the most accurate pricing and customized service possible, all appointments must be finalized using our Build Your Own Personalized Visit form. This form allows you to select exactly which services you’d like, ensuring the final quote reflects your home, needs, and budget.

Online Checkout Notice
At this time, payments made through our old online checkout system are automatically refunded by our booking platform. If you submit a booking through this method, your payment will be returned to your original form of payment, and your appointment will not be confirmed until the updated booking form is completed.
​
Securing Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, the Build Your Own Personalized Visit form must be filled out in full and submitted. Once received, we will confirm your total, apply any eligible discounts or rewards, and officially reserve your service date and time.
​
Discounts & Rewards
Discounts, promo codes, and reward “bucks” must be applied at the time of form submission to be valid. They cannot be applied retroactively after booking.
Refunds
If a payment is processed through the old system, it will be refunded automatically within 3–5 business days, per the booking platform’s processing times.

Customers outside these areas must contact us prior to booking to confirm availability.
Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that safe access is available at the time of delivery or setup.

If alcoholic beverages are included in your service or package, you must be 21 years or older. A valid ID must be uploaded during booking, and the booking name must match the ID provided. No exceptions.

Balanced Stability is not responsible for the misuse or handling of food, beverages, alcohol, or any materials after delivery.

Customers are responsible for checking for allergies, sensitivities, and dietary needs before consuming any delivered items.

Alcohol and Age Restrictions

Some packages may include wine, champagne, or cocktail ingredients.

Customers must provide a valid ID at the time of booking for packages including alcohol.

Proof of age verification may be required again at delivery.

We are not responsible for overconsumption, misuse, or violations of local laws related to alcohol provided in our packages.

Intellectual Property
​
All content on the Balanced Stability website, including logos, text, graphics, photos, and designs, are the property of Balanced Stability and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
​
Balanced Stability will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website.

While we aim to provide the highest quality experiences and products, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or experiences.
Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
