Cancellation Policy
Booking & Setup Information: Please ensure the address provided at booking is correct and accessible at the scheduled time. If you will not be home during setup, please leave clear access instructions (door code, meet at door, hidden key, etc.). Our team provides setup and light prep cleaning only; we do not stay to host or supervise the event. We will text you when we arrive and again when we leave, so you are always informed when your space is ready. Items such as blankets, cushions, and pillows will only be arranged if left out in advance for us. Family Fun Package Details: Food items (pizza dough, toppings, hot chocolate, fondue, snacks, popcorn, baking ingredients) are pre-packaged for freshness and safety. We are not responsible for food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredient sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing included ingredients before use. Disposable décor items (plates, napkins, popcorn trays, themed centerpieces) are yours to keep unless otherwise noted. All consumable food and beverage items are intended for same-day enjoyment. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your setup at no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before your scheduled setup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled setup are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours will forfeit the full booking amount. Important Service Area Notice: Balanced Stability currently serves Raymore, Belton, Harrisonville, Adrian, Archie, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and surrounding nearby areas. If your event location is outside this radius, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. Customer Agreement: By booking, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy, including service delivery expectations, rescheduling and cancellation terms, food responsibility, and home access rules.
