Service Description
For those looking for a more thorough cleaning experience, our Hotel-Style Deluxe Clean offers a 3-hour refresh of your home with additional touches that make it feel even more luxurious. From linen changes to towel folding, appliance cleaning, and fabric freshener, this service goes the extra mile to ensure every room feels fresh, organized, and rejuvenated. Whether it’s a one-time refresh or weekly recurring service, this package gives you all the essentials plus premium touches for a complete, hotel-inspired experience. What’s Included: Kitchen Refresh: Clean sink, countertops, and the exterior of appliances (fridge, microwave, etc.). Bathroom Refresh: Clean toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers in all bathrooms. Bedroom Refresh: Make beds (including linen changes if the client provides them), and wipe down end tables and dressers. Trash Check: Empty trash cans in all rooms, including bathrooms. Floor Refresh: Vacuuming and mopping of all refreshed rooms. Towel Folding: Fold towels (if provided by the client) and set them out spa-style in the bathroom. Premium Air Freshener: A premium air freshener will be sprayed in all rooms to leave your home smelling fresh. Fabric Freshener: A refreshing fabric spray to keep your upholstery and linens smelling clean and fresh. How It Works: Select Your Time & Date: Choose your preferred time and date for service, and we’ll arrive at your selected time. We Prep & Clean: We’ll handle all the cleaning and organizing to ensure your home feels like a hotel suite. Text Updates: If you’re not home, we’ll text when we arrive and again when we leave, giving you peace of mind while we refresh your space. Service Delivery: Whether it’s a one-time service or weekly recurring service, your home will always feel fresh, organized, and inviting.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Balanced Stability for your in-home romantic experiences! Before completing your booking, please review our policy carefully: Booking & Setup Information: All Romance Packages include setup and light cleaning of the designated room(s) prior to decorating. Please ensure the setup address is correct at booking (whether it's your home, hotel suite, or another location). Home access instructions are required (door code, meet at door, hidden key, etc.) so we can complete the setup discreetly. If the booking is a surprise for someone else, please clearly note which room you would like us to set up. We send a text when we arrive and another when we finish, so you know exactly when everything is complete. Beverages, Age Verification & ID Requirements: If your selected package includes wine, champagne, or sparkling wine, you must be 21+ to receive alcoholic beverages. At booking, you are required to upload a clear photo of the front and back of a valid government-issued ID. The name on the booking must match the name on the provided ID exactly. If age verification is not provided or does not match, a non-alcoholic sparkling juice will be substituted automatically. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before your scheduled setup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before your scheduled setup are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled setup will forfeit the full booking amount. Important Service Area Notice: Balanced Stability currently serves Raymore, Belton, Harrisonville, Adrian, Archie, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and surrounding nearby areas. If your setup location is outside this radius, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. Setup Completion & Customer Responsibility: Our team provides setup only — no staff remain onsite after setup is complete. All items included in your package are yours to keep, including faux candles and faux rose petals, unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for any damages to their property caused by setup items after the setup is complete.
