Cancellation Policy

📦 Billing & Subscription Terms: By subscribing, you agree to recurring monthly billing until canceled. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on the same date you originally subscribed. Payment will be processed at the time of subscription and subsequently on a monthly recurring basis. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery: Subscription boxes are delivered within three (3) days of your monthly renewal/start date. Prior to delivery each month, we will contact you by text or email to confirm delivery timing and preferences. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided. Any reshipping due to incorrect address entry will incur additional fees. ❌ Cancellations & Changes: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you must provide notice at least 72 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. Cancellations made after your monthly billing has been processed will apply to the following month's box. To cancel or update your subscription, you must contact us directly via email or through your account portal. 💳 Refunds: Due to the curated nature of subscription boxes, all sales are final once a monthly payment has been processed. No refunds will be issued for missed cancellation deadlines or partial use of a subscription. If your box arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will promptly resolve the issue. 🎁 Subscription Box Contents: Each month’s box contains a thoughtfully curated, rotating selection based on the box theme. Specific items, brands, and colors may vary month-to-month and are subject to availability. Exact item contents are not guaranteed unless specifically stated. 📍 Service Area Limitations: Subscription box deliveries are currently available to customers located in: Raymore, Belton, Harrisonville, Adrian, Archie, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and nearby surrounding areas. If you are outside our standard service area, please contact us prior to subscribing to confirm availability. ✅ Customer Agreement: By subscribing, you agree to all the terms outlined in this Subscription Box Booking Policy, including billing, delivery, cancellation, refund, and service area conditions.
