Cancellation Policy
🛎️ Booking, Setup & Delivery Information: You must provide the correct delivery address when booking. If the setup or drop-off address differs from your home address, it must be entered at booking. If you will not be home during your scheduled delivery, perishable or chilled items (such as beverages, picnic foods, mimosas, etc.) will be safely placed in your refrigerator with clear labeling. Non-chilled items (such as floating trays, faux candles, breakfast trays, towels, or accessories) will be set up neatly or staged where instructed. Customers are responsible for final placement and/or usage of floating pool trays, breakfast trays, picnic setups, or BBQ items after we leave. We will send a text when we arrive and a second text when delivery or setup is complete. 🛍️ Ownership of Items: All included items—baskets, trays, faux candles, serving utensils, drinkware, towels, floating trays, etc.—are yours to keep unless otherwise specified. There are no returns or pickup of items unless otherwise noted. 🍾 Alcohol Responsibility (If Applicable): Some Seasonal Packages include alcoholic beverages (Mother’s Day Picnic Basket, Adult Poolside Summer Escape). The person booking must be 21 years of age or older to receive a package containing alcohol. A valid driver's license or photo ID may be requested at delivery if needed for age verification. Balanced Stability is not responsible for the consumption, overconsumption, transportation, or misuse of alcohol provided. Customers are responsible for complying with all local drinking laws and regulations. 🔥 Food Handling Disclaimer: All food and beverage items are intended for same-day consumption for maximum freshness and safety. Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before delivery/setup will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
