Let Us Handle the Shopping: We’ll take care of all the grocery shopping and deliver everything pre-packed and ready to go. Fire Up the Grill: All the food is ready for you to grill and serve. Plus, we've included everything you need—from seasonings to sides, it’s all ready to go for a perfect night. Leftovers: This package is generous enough to serve 12 people, and you’ll likely have leftovers for the next day! Summer BBQ Package for 12 – We Did the Shopping for You! What’s Included in the Summer BBQ Package for 12: Pre-packed Angus Burger Patties (12 Patties) with Buns These cheddar and bacon Angus burger patties come pre-packed and ready to grill, along with 12 buns to complete the meal. Just fire up the grill and you’re ready to serve! Customer Price: $25 Your Cost: $25 Brats (Pack of 6) & Hot Dogs (Pack of 10) 6 brats and 10 hot dogs, ready to grill and serve. These are BBQ classics that everyone loves! Customer Price: $25 Your Cost: $9 Store-bought Classic Potato Salad (Serves 12) A store-bought classic potato salad that’s chilled and ready to serve. No prep work needed! Just open the container and serve alongside your grilled favorites. Customer Price: $15 Your Cost: $6 Canned Baked Beans (2 Cans, Serves 12) 2 cans of hearty baked beans, a BBQ staple. Just heat them up and they’re ready to serve in minutes. Customer Price: $10 Your Cost: $15 Cold Lemonade (2 Gallons) Two gallons of cold lemonade, tangy and sweet, to keep everyone refreshed during your BBQ. Customer Price: $10 Your Cost: $10 Mini Seasoning Bottles (Set of 5, 1.45 oz each) A set of 5 mini seasoning bottles for trying out different flavors on your burgers, brats, or veggies.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Notice: To ensure the best experience, we require 72 hours’ notice for all Romantic Picnic (Pre-Packed) bookings. This allows us to prepare your picnic basket and ensure all customizations (such as wine selection and love notes) are handled with care. Delivery Times: Upon booking, please select your preferred delivery day and time. We will do our best to accommodate your chosen time, but we may contact you if adjustments are necessary based on availability. Age Verification: If you choose wine as part of your picnic, you must be 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID must be uploaded during the booking process for age verification. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive no refund, but you can reschedule for a different date, based on availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, but we are happy to work with you to find a new delivery time that works. Add-ons & Customizations: If you'd like to customize your picnic further or add items from our other packages, please email us at support@balancedstability.com after booking. We will send you an invoice and ensure those items are delivered along with your picnic basket. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the Kansas City Metro, including Raymore, MO, Harrisonville, MO, Belton, MO, Overland Park, KS, Olathe, KS, Leawood, KS, Lee's Summit, MO, and surrounding areas (including but not limited to). If you're outside our delivery range, please reach out, and we will discuss possible delivery arrangements.
