Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Balanced Stability for your in-home romantic experiences! Before completing your booking, please review our policy carefully: Booking & Setup Information: All Romance Packages include setup and light cleaning of the designated room(s) prior to decorating. Please ensure the setup address is correct at booking (whether it's your home, hotel suite, or another location). Home access instructions are required (door code, meet at door, hidden key, etc.) so we can complete the setup discreetly. If the booking is a surprise for someone else, please clearly note which room you would like us to set up. We send a text when we arrive and another when we finish, so you know exactly when everything is complete. Beverages, Age Verification & ID Requirements: If your selected package includes wine, champagne, or sparkling wine, you must be 21+ to receive alcoholic beverages. At booking, you are required to upload a clear photo of the front and back of a valid government-issued ID. The name on the booking must match the name on the provided ID exactly. If age verification is not provided or does not match, a non-alcoholic sparkling juice will be substituted automatically. Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking at no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations requested 72 hours or more before your scheduled setup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before your scheduled setup are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled setup will forfeit the full booking amount. Important Service Area Notice: Balanced Stability currently serves Raymore, Belton, Harrisonville, Adrian, Archie, Lee’s Summit, Blue Springs, Pleasant Hill, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, and surrounding nearby areas. If your setup location is outside this radius, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. Setup Completion & Customer Responsibility: Our team provides setup only — no staff remain onsite after setup is complete. All items included in your package are yours to keep, including faux candles and faux rose petals, unless otherwise noted. Customers are responsible for any damages to their property caused by setup items after the setup is complete.
