Cancellation Policy
Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and package. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted methods. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and will be accommodated based on availability. Emergency Cancellations: If we cancel your service due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund and a 50% discount on rebooking the service. Access and Setup Information Detailed access instructions must be provided at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Failure to provide access details may result in delays or cancellation without refund. Setup Guidelines Special requests or preferences for the setup must be communicated at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to the service. Photos or inspiration for your setup vision can be uploaded during booking or emailed ahead of time. Cleaning and Preparation Romantic Prep Cleaning is included for all packages and tailored to the setup location. Customers may opt to provide their own cleaning supplies if they prefer we do not use ours. Notification and Follow-Up Customers may request a notification once the setup is complete. A follow-up email will include options to provide feedback, schedule consultations, or discuss future services.
