What’s Included: S'mores Kit: Includes Graham crackers, chocolate bars, and marshmallows—everything needed to make classic s'mores. Electric S'mores Cooker: A reusable electric s'mores cooker that allows families to safely roast marshmallows indoors, making it easy for them to enjoy the s'mores experience at home anytime. Mood Lighting: Faux candles and mood lighting to create a cozy, campfire-like atmosphere for a perfect s'mores-making experience. 3D Fake Fire Centerpiece: A fun and decorative 3D fake fire centerpiece that adds a playful, campfire-like touch to the setup. Snack/Drink Basket: A basket of snacks and drinks to enjoy during the s'mores experience, including things like chips, candy, and drinks (e.g., soda or juice). Room Setup and Prep: Setup and prep of the area where the s'mores will be made (usually a kitchen counter or dining table), with everything arranged for easy access and a pleasant experience.

Cancellation Policy

Booking Notice: To ensure the best experience, we require 72 hours’ notice for all Romantic Picnic (Pre-Packed) bookings. This allows us to prepare your picnic basket and ensure all customizations (such as wine selection and love notes) are handled with care. Delivery Times: Upon booking, please select your preferred delivery day and time. We will do our best to accommodate your chosen time, but we may contact you if adjustments are necessary based on availability. Age Verification: If you choose wine as part of your picnic, you must be 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID must be uploaded during the booking process for age verification. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive no refund, but you can reschedule for a different date, based on availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, but we are happy to work with you to find a new delivery time that works. Add-ons & Customizations: If you'd like to customize your picnic further or add items from our other packages, please email us at support@balancedstability.com after booking. We will send you an invoice and ensure those items are delivered along with your picnic basket. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the Kansas City Metro, including Raymore, MO, Harrisonville, MO, Belton, MO, Overland Park, KS, Olathe, KS, Leawood, KS, Lee's Summit, MO, and surrounding areas (including but not limited to). If you're outside our delivery range, please reach out, and we will discuss possible delivery arrangements.
