What’s Included: Kitchen Refresh: Clean the sink and countertops. Bathroom Refresh: Clean toilets and sinks in all bathrooms. Bedroom Refresh: Make beds (no linen changing, just fluffing and arranging). Trash Check: Empty trash cans in all rooms, including bathrooms. Floor Refresh: Vacuuming and mopping of all refreshed rooms. Total = $60 (1-hour service) 2. Weekly Hotel-Style Quick Clean – $50 (Discounted) For customers who choose weekly recurring service, we offer a discounted rate of $50 for regular maintenance. What’s Included: Kitchen Refresh (sink & countertops) Bathroom Refresh (toilets & sinks in all bathrooms) Bedroom Refresh (making beds—no linen changing) Trash Check (including bathrooms) Floor Refresh (vacuuming and mopping all refreshed rooms) Weekly Recurring Price = $50 (per week) Why This Works: Affordable & Efficient: The $60 one-time and $50 weekly recurring pricing makes this a budget-friendly option for quick, regular refreshes of your home. Comprehensive Refresh: Every refreshed room will be vacuumed and mopped, and key areas like the kitchen and bathroom will be cleaned, ensuring a clean and organized space in minimal time. Clear Expectations: Bed-making is included, but no linen changes, and toilets and sinks in all bathrooms will be cleaned. This gives customers a clean, refreshed home with no confusion about what's being done. Recurring Service Discount: The weekly price of $50 offers an affordable option for long-term service, maintaining a consistently clean home. How It Works: One-Time Service: Book the $60 quick clean whenever you need a refresh. No ongoing commitment required. Weekly Recurring Service: Choose the $50 weekly service to keep your home feeling fresh regularly.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Notice: To ensure the best experience, we require 72 hours’ notice for all Romantic Picnic (Pre-Packed) bookings. This allows us to prepare your picnic basket and ensure all customizations (such as wine selection and love notes) are handled with care. Delivery Times: Upon booking, please select your preferred delivery day and time. We will do our best to accommodate your chosen time, but we may contact you if adjustments are necessary based on availability. Age Verification: If you choose wine as part of your picnic, you must be 21 years of age or older. A valid photo ID must be uploaded during the booking process for age verification. Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that plans change! If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive no refund, but you can reschedule for a different date, based on availability. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours, but we are happy to work with you to find a new delivery time that works. Add-ons & Customizations: If you'd like to customize your picnic further or add items from our other packages, please email us at support@balancedstability.com after booking. We will send you an invoice and ensure those items are delivered along with your picnic basket. Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within the Kansas City Metro, including Raymore, MO, Harrisonville, MO, Belton, MO, Overland Park, KS, Olathe, KS, Leawood, KS, Lee's Summit, MO, and surrounding areas (including but not limited to). If you're outside our delivery range, please reach out, and we will discuss possible delivery arrangements.
